First of all, congratulations on your admission. I'm not familiar with Indo-based scholarships so I'll discuss only options I think are available through Harvard.
You should get in touch as soon as possible with your department. Each department has a small number of scholarship programs they can give to students, typically through Teaching Assistantships.
Otherwise, specific professors have Research Assistantships.
Then, each School has a limited number of Fellowships, but if you don't have one at this time you probably won't get one.
Otherwise they push you up the university chain and you have to talk to Student Financial Services. At worst they typically offer student loan.
