Mungkin ada yang berminat:

Salam

The Fuel Cell Institute UKM is happy to announce that we have secured a multi-million ringgit grant for the next 3 years to develop ZERO EMISSION FUEL CELL VEHICLE POWERED BY HYDROGEN ENERGY with the collaboration of several local universities and the national car company.

Since the project will kick-off in July 2013, we urgently need PhD and MSc students (local or foreign) to do the following research:

1. Nanocomposite proton exchange membranes for proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) (Chemistry chemical engineering)

2. Nanostuctured cathodes and anodes for PEMFC (Chemistry, physics chemical engineering)

3. Nanocomposite bipolar plates for PEMFC (Material science engineering, physics, mechanical engineering)

4. Design, simulation, fabrication and testing of PEMFC multiple-cell stack for optimum distribution of H2 and air to anodes and cathodes, collection of electrical current stack cooling. (Mechanical engineering, chemical engineering)

5. Design, simulation, fabrication and testing of balance of plant equipment and systems that include air pump/blower, air filter, humidifier heat exchanger, hydrogen reccyle pumps etc. (Chemical engineering, Mechanical engineering)

6. Design, simulation, fabrication and testing of carbon fiber fuel cell vehicle body and chassis (Mechanical engineering, automotive
engineering)

7. Design, simulation, fabrication and testing of fuel cell vehicle power train (Mechanical engineering, automotive engineering)

8. Design, simulation, fabrication and testing of fuel cell vehicle power control system (Electrical engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering)

9. Low and medium temperature nanostructured electrolytes for solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) (chemical engineering, manufacturing engineering, material science engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, chemistry)

10. Low and medium temperature nanostructured anodes and cathodes for SOFC. (chemical engineering, manufacturing engineering, material science engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, chemistry)

11. Design, simulation, fabrication and testing of SOFC stacks and systems. (chemical engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical
engineering)

12. Nanocomposite membranes for direct methanol fuel cells (DMFC) (chemical engineering, chemistry)

13. Nanostructured electrodes for DMFC (chemical engineering, chemistry)

14. Design, simulation, fabrication and testing of DMFC stacks and systems. (chemical engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical
engineering)

15. Nanocomposite membranes for microbial fuel cells (MFC). (chemical engineering, chemistry)

16. Nanostructured electrodes for MFC. (chemical engineering, physics, chemistry)

17. Design, simulation, fabrication and testing of MFC stacks and systems. (chemical engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering)

18. Screening, identification and isolation of thermophilic anaerobic bacteria for MFC applications. (biochemical engineering, microbiology,
biotechnology)

19. Nanostructured metal oxide based photoanodes for solar photoeletcrochemical production of hydrogen. (chemical engineering, physics, chemistry)

20. Nanostructured catalysts for hydrogen production by steam reforming of biogas or synthesis gas from biomass pyrolysis/gasification. (chemical engineering, chemistry)

21. Screening and isolation of thermophilic anaerobic bacteria for hydrogen production.(biochemical engineering, microbiology,
biotechnology)

22. Metabolic engineering of biohydrogen production in mesophilic and thermiphilic bacteria for enhanced hydrogen production. (biochemical engineering, microbiology, biotechnology)

Kindly inform your students, colleagues and friends who are interested to do PhD in fuel cells and hydrogen energy about the available position.

Those who are interested can come and see me to discuss further.

Thank you.
