Master study Grants for international students at university of Italian Switzerland are offered in Economics, Communication Sciences and Informatics. The Foundation for the Lugano Faculties of USI will award a total of 60 one-off study grants of the amount of 4'000 CHF each. The grant is awarded in the form of a deduction of the tuition fee and cannot be exchanged for cash. The application deadline is July 31st, 2013 and candidates will be notified till August 16th, 2013.
Scholarship Description:
The Foundation for the Lugano Faculties of USI will award a total of 60 one-off study grants of the amount of 4'000 CHF each for the 2013-14 academic year. The merit based grants are given to first year students admitted to a USI Master program starting in September 2013. The grant is awarded in the form of a deduction of the tuition fee and cannot be exchanged for cash. The grant cannot be combined or accumulated with other scholarships provided by USI.

- The applicant must have obtained the Bachelor degree (all examinations taken and thesis defended) by July 31st, 2013 with a cumulative grade point average of at least 80/100.
- Applicants must have been admitted to the first year of a USI Master degree beginning in September 2013. Applications from students enrolled in a USI Master before Sept 1st, 2013 will not be considered.
